Portobello mushroom, truffle oil and gremolata

Smoked Chicken Terrine
pistachio and aged prunes wrapped in pancetta, with Vanilla bean dressing and toasted brioche

Sautéed Mackerel Fillet
pickled cucumber, Jack Daniels jelly with shredded fennel and dill salad with peppery watercress

Roasted Beetroot and Butternut (VG)
with marinated Tofu, croutons, pine nuts and a honey and lavender drizzle

Golden Roasted Breast of Turkey
braised leg, chestnut stuffing, chipolata and bacon roll and bread sauce

Singed fillet of Sea Bream
crushed new potato, samphire and Jerusalem artichoke velouté

Pan-Seared Duck Breast
celeriac remoulade, poached plums and dates with a red wine and cinnamon syrup

Goats cheese and Pumpkin Pithivier (V)
Crispy kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, butterbean and cider sauce
